The intense aroma is dominated by white pears, green apples, chestnut, vanilla and dark chocolate tones.

Tasty wine with plenty of fruit and citrus tones with the area characteristic minerals.

The high acidity balances nicely with residual sugar.

Our favourite pairings:

Dried ham, lightly smoked cold cuts, smoked shrimp and smoked salmon, baked cod with fresh basil wrapped in prosciutto.

Recommended serving temperature: 8-12 ° C.
