Information
The grapes was harvested and selected by hand from the Betsek vineyards. The must was fermented during controled temperature with cultured yeast. Then a half of the the wine was matured in neutral barrels for five weeks, then the finished wine matured a further 6 months in bottle.

Characteristics
The aroma is dominated by white pear, quince, orange peel, flowers with a hint of vanilla.
Tasty wine with plenty of fruit and citrus tones with the area characteristic mineral structure.
The wine has deep concentration and long delicate aftertaste.

Chateau Cloche Kft, privately owned company founded in 2008 in Szerencs, Tokaj. The winery has contracted 5 ha of the historic vineyards of Betsek and Harcsa which are dominated by volcanic soil. The age of the vines is between 40 and 45 years. The grapes are allocated as follows: Furmint about 70%, Hárslevlű 25% and 5% Sárgamuskotályos. Winemakers are Ducsai János and Attila Bors. The key words are durability and the foundation of quality starts with the care of vines. Over time the company has invested in new technology and a modern winery that produces wines only in the highest quality class. Chateau Cloche’s mission is to produce modern, high-quality wines to meet current demand but maintaining Tokaj area´s world famous traditions.
